Shipping Information
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We are not responsible for lost packages, if a package is lost you will need to contact your local post office.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We deal with returns on a per item basis. If you wish to make a return please contact us at Heroicgear76@gmail.com to discuss. All sales outside the US are final. Once an item is sold out or marked down from its original cost there will be no exchange and no money back. All of our products are custom and limited. Shirts that are lower than $15 are nonrefundable.
Sold Out Items
We apologize of the inconvenience, but if you were in the process of checking out or selecting an item and were redirected to this page, we are sold out of the product you selected. Again we are sorry but stay on the lookout for updated items (i.e. different colors/color combos) and possible restocks of our products!
